Later Link Referral Program: Terms & Conditions for Legal Approval
Program Overview and Eligibility
By participating in the Later Link Referral Program (the “Referral Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. This Referral Program is available exclusively to selected Later Growth plan subscribers in good standing who have received a direct invitation from Later to participate. Participation is limited to one reward per account, and Later reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose account is not in good standing or who is found to be in violation of these terms or the Later Social Media Management Solution Terms of Service
The Reward Structure
As a selected Later Growth plan subscriber in good standing, you are a "Referrer" participating in this Referral Program. The qualifying individual you refer under this Referral Program is the "Referee.”
The Referral Program features two distinct reward tiers based on the velocity of referrals. Referrer may qualify for either:
The "Standard Link Reward" provides a one-time credit of $30.00 USD to the Referrer’s account once five qualifying referrals (as defined below) are achieved; or
The "Hyper Link Reward" provides an increased one-time credit of $50.00 USD if all five qualifying referrals (as defined below) complete their initial sign-up within a thirty-day window beginning on "Day Zero," which is defined as the date the Referrer is sent their unique promo code via email.
Referrers may only qualify for only one reward tier and may not stack the two distinct reward tiers together.
Referees who sign up using Referrer’s unique promo code will begin a 14-day free trial for either the Later Growth or Scale Plan. Once Referee’s 14-day trial period concludes, Referee will be charged for a Growth or Scale Plan and receive a $20.00 USD discount off their first monthly charge of the plan.
Qualifying Referral Requirements
A “qualifying referral” is defined as a net new customer, someone who is not currently, and has never been, a Later subscriber who signs up for a Growth or Scale plan using the Referrer’s unique promo code. To count toward the Standard Link Reward, each of the five Referees must successfully complete at least one non-refundable monthly payment cycle (under the Growth or Scale plan) after the 14-day trial has been completed. To count toward the Hyper Link Reward, each of the five Referees must successfully redeem their promo code at checkout within the thirty day window beginning on Day Zero, and subsequently complete at least one non-refundable monthly payment cycle (under the Growth or Scale plan) after the 14-day trial has been completed.
Redemption, Verification, and Limitations
To ensure eligibility, all unique promo codes must be redeemed by the Referee via the Later web or desktop checkout interface; redemptions made through mobile app stores (iOS or Android) are not eligible for this Referral Program. Due to the requirement that each Referee complete a full paid 14-day trial, there is a standard verification period to verify that no refunds have occurred, and rewards will typically be applied to the Referrer’s account within 30 days of the initial referral sign-up, once 5 successful qualifying referrals have been confirmed. These credits apply only to the base subscription fee and do not cover applicable sales tax, seat add-ons, or other premium features. If a credit exceeds the amount of a single monthly bill, the remaining balance will automatically roll over to the following billing cycle.
General Provisions and Termination
Referral credits are non-transferable, have no inherent cash value, and may not be sold, traded, or combined with other active Later promotions or discounts. Later reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Later Link Referral Program, or any individual’s participation in it, at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Any suspected abuse of the Referral Program, including fraudulent activity or the use of automated systems to generate referrals, will result in immediate disqualification and the cancellation of any pending credits.
