LinkedIn Cover Photo Size and Dimensions

According to LinkedIn's official image specifications, these are the guidelines for your cover photo size and dimensions:

  • Personal profile cover photo: 1584 x 396 pixels

  • Company profile cover photo: 1128 x 191 pixels

  • Maximum file size of 4MB

  • Must be a PNG or JPG file 

TIP: When designing custom cover photos, beware of “danger zones”, like how your profile picture will overlay the cover photo’s bottom left corner. There may be a little trial and error required to get it right!
