Managing one Instagram account is hard enough, so what happens when you have to manage content for multiple Instagram accounts? Keeping all those photos and videos organized can be a challenge, especially if you’re collaborating with other people on an Instagram account.

Today we’re happy to introduce two new updates to make it easier for you to manage multiple Instagram accounts with Later:

  1. Later Access Groups help you manage access to your photos, videos, and social profiles within Later. Now you can have multiple media libraries, so you don’t have to share your photos and videos with all your Instagram accounts and team members.

  2. A new Later Dashboard designed to make it easier for you to manage groups and multiple Instagram accounts.

Organize Your Visual Content with Later’s New Dashboard

The new Later dashboard has a more intuitive design to make it easier to manage multiple Instagram accounts and groups within Later. You’ll notice a new side menu, which you can use to access your media library, content calendar, and our Search by Hashtag feature. The new Access Group selector allows you to quickly switch between groups, so you can keep your content organized by social profile but still easily access the photos for all of your Instagram accounts on Later.

Manage Multiple Instagram Accounts and Teams:

Access Groups are a great way to organize your social media content. You can group your photos, videos, Instagram accounts, and team members together to help you separate your content and limit access to certain Instagram accounts. Access Groups allow you to collaborate with multiple teams and brands, while keeping your content and Instagram accounts separate from each other. See how it works in this video:

For example, if you’re a social media manager at an agency, you can create a separate group for each of your clients, so you don’t mix up their content. Or if you’re a large brand with multiple Instagram accounts, you can create a group for each of the brands under your umbrella, and add team members to the appropriate group. This will help keep your content secure and ensure that the right people are able to access your photos, videos, and most importantly, your Instagram accounts.

When we introduced the new media library in February, we wanted to build the best place for you to store all your photos and videos for Instagram. We’ve been listening to your feedback, and are excited to release one of our most-requested features. You wanted to be able to organize your photos and videos by Instagram account, and now you can! With Access Groups, you’ll be able to separate your Instagram accounts and the media that goes with them, so managing multiple Instagram accounts will be even easier going forward.

Access Groups is available to all paid users, upgrade now! You can start using Access Groups today by logging in to Later on the web.
