What motivated @hustlegrindco to join Instagram?
We wanted our brand to be very visual right from the start, and with backgrounds in marketing we knew that Instagram was the place to promote that idea.
What’s Hustle & Grind all about?
Hustle & Grind Co. is a brand centered around the modern day hustler; the entrepreneur, the freelancer, and the 9-5’er killing it at work. We provide subscription boxes designed to engage and push our subscribers to the next level. Our content is designed to motivate and inspire those that are working the long hours of a hustler.
Hustle & Grind’s subscription boxes come with premium roast dark coffee to keep the hustle going, and access to exclusive content, their Death Before Decaf Mug and a few other hustle-inspired products.

What’s the strategy and inspiration behind your Instagram account?
We want to inspire an army of hustlers as they create the lives they have always wanted. We make content centered around that idea, we look to keep people motivated as they build their lives and change the world.
What sort of engagement benchmarks are you looking to achieve with your Instagram content?
We look for the number of likes, comments and follows to be constantly trending up. We look at our previous numbers and ask: How can we grow more?

What’s your favorite type of photo to share?
Visuals that tell a story and that show people tend to do really well for engagement.
What’s your process for managing Instagram content? How does Latergramme play into your process?
Latergramme allows us to load up content and review how the week is going to play out. We focus on our content a week at a time and it allows us to put on our Instagram hat and focus on the creation of the content, and on pairing the visual with the right length copy that will engage our followers.
Latergramme also allows for both of us to push the content when it prompts us. We are both busy people running a company and so this trade-off allows us to maintain focus when we need to.
What’s been the greatest learning curve you’ve experienced since using Instagram and Latergramme?
The sheer power of visual branding, the connections that you will make and the impact that you make with images.

Do you have any advice for brands using Instagram?
Focus on what your audience is following you for, all shout outs, product promotions, contests need to focus on your audience and not on who is willing to pay you. You are building a relationship with your followers, don’t forget why they came.
We’ve run marketing campaigns and contents. They’ve all been successful and I feel that is because we focus on what our audience is actually following us for. Any products we promote we make sure align with our message.
